Neglected Forest to Amazing Lakeview

Project Details

Jeremiah’s Tree Service was contacted by a homeowner in 2020 who recently purchased a property in Crystal Bay, NV. The property owner was unable to obtain homeowners insurance due to the condition of the vegetation. The property was left to nature for 40 years. This resulted in 30ft tall Huckleberry oak so thick you couldn’t see or walk through. The slope was thick with immature trees and debris from the large overstory trees that had never been pruned. There was also debris from a fire that consumed the original hotel and cabins on property some 60 years ago. The terrain and thick brush was extremely challenging to thin and eventually removed to the top of the slope. Complex rigging and winching systems were used to move material within reach of a crane from the upper road. Jeremiahs Tree Service always enjoys a good challenge.
